These Terms govern your use of DeBotify applications, websites, and related services provided by Wachanga LTD, organized under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Services are available only to users aged 13 years or older. If a user is under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms.

4. Liability and Disclaimer
DeBotify services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wachanga shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus for disputes arising out of these Terms or service use.
